About the Cover

Cover Figure

COVER PICTURE: The chemokine CCL21 localizes in the conduit network of the splenic white pulp. Within 10 min after injection, intravenously injected 10 kD Dextran-Texas Red (in red) is distributed throughout the entire splenic white pulp via a conduit network. Immunohistochemical staining of the same section reveals that the locally produced chemokine CCL21 (in green) in the T cell areas of the spleen is also present in this reticular stromal network. Sections were counterstained for nuclei (in blue). See related article by Nolte et al., pp. 505-512.
